Returns & Exchanges
We want you to fall in love with all of your Hygge Life products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at orders@hyggelife.com and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Store Pickup
We offer in-store pickup for our local Colorado customers! If you would like to pick-up your items at our showroom located in Avon, CO, please select the In-Store Pick-up option at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup by 3pm the next open shop day (Store hours: Tues-Sat 10-5pm).

Guests can enjoy a range of espresso drinks, coffee and tea, as well as a selection of locally baked pastries. Please note that the cafe does not open until 10am.
All cafe seating is first-come, first-served. We also offer outdoor patio seating and a cozy firepit in the winter months.

Our schedule reflects the off-season of our mountain resort community, with temporary showroom and café closures in the spring and fall. Typically, these closures fall from late April to mid-May and mid-October to mid-November. We typically use this time to travel, discover new design brands and enjoy a creative reset, but our online shop will always remain open.
Yes, gift wrapping is available for an additional fee of $5. Please specify that you would like gift wrapping at checkout and share a personal note to include with your gift. (Note: some unusually shaped or oversized items are not able to be gift wrapped. If this is the case, you will be notified by email and the gift wrap fee will be refunded.)

In stock inventory will be shipped within 3 business days. Furniture and larger freight items may require additional time. You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information when your order ships.
Yes, we offer in-store pickup for customers in the Vail Valley area. Please select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and shipping fees will be automatically deducted from your order. Your items will be ready for pick-up the following business day during our opening hours (Tues-Sat 10-5pm, excepting holidays and seasonal closures).
Yes, we offer delivery in the Vail Valley (from Vail to Eagle/Gypsum) for a $150 fee. Denver/Boulder delivery can be also quoted by request. Please email orders@hyggelife.com for a quote or to arrange a time for your delivery.
